10 days befor i tak this card for Dubai airport two time I recharge but one hours my all balance is empty. u r doing some fraud to customer. ur company is fraud I have no more money how can I talking with my family pl do something I need my balance returned.i have no money for given miss call for any kind of help .

Billing without contract

Worst telecom company I have ever had experience with. I had a wireless internet contract with Du which expired last month, and this month Du still billed me with the same amount. The explanation is that even though in my Du application it shows that contracts ended March 3d 2024, services are continues and I still charged for it. What a nonsense!? I didnt initiate service renewal no one contacted me for service renewal approval. Du just solely decided to continue its services without contract and costumer permission!! Why then Du does not bill everyone on their will without contract saying that they assume a customer wants their internet!! Im not sure if there some better telecom companies in Dubai Ill see, but defiantly wont continue with Du And hopefully someone from Du reads all this negative reviews and maybe one day something would changed about this disaster company.

Subject: Urgent Complaint - Incorrect Charges and Deceptive Practices Dear DU Customer Support, I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the recent charges on my account and the deceptive practices carried out by your sub-agents. My name is Muhammad Sajid, and my account number is +971521****12. To provide some context, I had not confirmed or authorized any changes to my plan. Furthermore, I had previously lodged a complaint with one of your customer care officers at the Baniyas Metro Station regarding an erroneous charge of 33.46AED on my bill. This issue had not been resolved satisfactorily, and I am disappointed to inform you that the situation has worsened. Recently, I received a new bill totaling 295.96AED, which includes the previous disputed amount of 33.46AED. To my dismay, an additional 384.84AED was deducted from my credit card without any prior notice or consent. These unauthorized charges have caused significant financial distress, and I strongly believe that they are a result of the deceptive practices employed by your sub-agent, specifically, Vocus Electronic and other agents operating in various locations. It is evident that these sub-agents are misleading and deceiving unsuspecting customers for their own gains, leaving individuals like me as victims of their unethical conduct. I have now been cheated twice, and I refuse to accept responsibility for these unjust charges. I kindly request the following actions to be taken immediately: Refund the unauthorized charges of 384.84AED back to my credit card account. Reimburse the original disputed amount of 33.46AED, as well as an additional 382AED as compensation for the distress and inconvenience caused by these circumstances. Investigate the activities of your sub-agents, particularly Vocus Electronic and others, to ensure that such deceptive practices are stopped and not repeated in the future. Implement better oversight and control mechanisms to prevent similar issues from occurring again. I trust that you will treat this matter with the urgency and seriousness it deserves and resolve it promptly. Failure to do so will leave me with no choice but to escalate this issue to relevant authorities and consumer protection agencies. I eagerly await your prompt response and resolution to this matter. It is still in the same stage.. if I call on 800155 there is only Arabic speaking lady.. there is no option for English ..

It is 3 days I am following up on double payment of my bill. I tried to make the payment through Du app. But there was too much delay and it didn't accept the payments so I made another payment through Careem App. The payment was done immediately and I also got the receipt. But after around 10 mins later I was charged again from the DU app. I have sent the Careem receipt , Du message and HSBC bank statement to your Akash Yadav. I got the reply from agent Amira Nasr that it had forwarded to the concerned team. Its already 2 days and there is no reply. Also your contact no. 800155 has only Arabic language which I cannot understand. Kindly resolve the issue as soon as possible .. Thanks & Regards Rohit Pegu ..

I am very dissapointed in DU and i swear i dont trust them in anywhere anymore and in everything. My bill payment of the month it reach to the excedeed amount that i cannot imagine because of the plan that they are telling that i activated in my application which is very untrue. Many times i came and complain and ask to deactivate this plan which is i dont know i have this and ask this if they can de activate this thing but more worst happened they are insisting that i need to pay this amount to deactivate the thing until my outstanding payment is more than i thought which is the amount doubled again to more than i expected i am very un happy until now i dont know how to pay that much and they cannot help you in any way.

Yes, I had taken two Wi-Fis on my ID, one on February 5th, the third one is working and the one on February 5th did not work even for a day. It's been 35 days since the cancellation, we've got it back to back, I'll cancel now, it'll be canceled in five minutes, it'll be canceled in 10 minutes. It has not been canceled yet. Why is this such a bad experience?

The worst telecom in the Planet DU

Customer service 0, Internet connection 0, Online shop 0, everything that offering in Du ZERO, found so many error emailed to Du online shop, not fixed 6 month, Customer service dont know anything, to reach them to chat with you need 30 min after reaching they cant solve anything, Really Disappointed with this company, almost using 1 year, Real low fraud company, if there rate in minus will put MINUS 10, (-10) RAT, I am using postpaid line almost 1 year its still showing prepaid line, OMG, this fraud Du, will change all my number to another company
